Day 1 :

Day 1: Arrival in Finland - Transfer to Nature365 Resort

Morning: Arrive in Helsinki-Vantaa Airport. Pick up your private car, which will be yours for the duration of your stay. Begin your drive to Nature365 Resort, enjoying the scenic Finnish landscape.
Afternoon: Check into Nature365 Resort. Spend your first few hours relaxing and exploring the surrounding natural beauty.
Evening: Enjoy a welcome dinner at the resort's restaurant, included in your package.

Day 2 :

Day 2: Husky Safari Adventure

Morning: After breakfast, prepare for an exciting Husky Safari. You’ll be guided on how to handle the sled before embarking on a 5km journey through snowy trails led by a team of huskies.
Afternoon: Return to the resort for lunch (not included in the package). Spend the afternoon at leisure. Perhaps explore nearby walking trails or enjoy the resort amenities.
Evening: Dinner at your leisure (not included in the package).

Day 3 :

Day 3: Departure to Ruka Lapland

Morning: Enjoy breakfast and then check out from Nature365 Resort. Drive to Ruka, a popular Lapland destination known for its stunning winter landscapes.
Afternoon: Check into your accommodation in Ruka Lapland. Spend the afternoon exploring the village, perhaps visiting local shops or relaxing in a café.
Evening: Dinner at a local restaurant (not included in the package).

Day 4 :

Day 4: Ice Karting Experience

Morning: After breakfast, gear up for an adrenaline-pumping morning of ice karting. For 2 hours, race around a specially designed icy track, competing against each other or just having fun.
Afternoon: Return to your accommodation for some rest or explore more of Ruka.
Evening: Consider trying a traditional Finnish sauna experience, followed by dinner at your leisure.

Day 5 :

Day 5: Skiing at Ruka

Morning to Afternoon: Post breakfast, head out for a full day on the slopes. Your package includes a ski lift and ski pass for the day. Ruka’s ski slopes cater to all levels, from beginners to advanced skiers.
Evening: Enjoy your final evening in Ruka. Dinner at a restaurant of your choice (not included in the package).

Day 6 :

Day 6: Departure

Morning: Have a leisurely breakfast before checking out of your accommodation.
Afternoon: Drive back to Helsinki-Vantaa Airport. Depending on your flight time, you might be able to stop en route for any last-minute sightseeing or shopping.
Evening: Return the private car at the airport and catch your flight home.
Note: Breakfast is included each morning. All other meals and additional activities not specified in the itinerary will be at your own expense. Fuel for the car is also not included and will be the responsibility of the clients.

What's Not Included in Your Finland Adventure Package:
Meals Other Than Breakfast: Only breakfast is included in your package. All other meals, including lunches and dinners, will be at your own expense. This gives you the flexibility to explore local cuisine and dine at restaurants of your choice.
Fuel Costs for Private Car: While a private car is provided for your convenience for five days, the cost of fuel is not included. You will need to cover all fuel expenses as you explore the varied landscapes of Finland.
Travel Insurance: It is highly recommended to have travel insurance for your trip, but this is not included in the package. You should arrange your own travel insurance to cover medical expenses, trip cancellations, lost luggage, and other unforeseen circumstances.
Additional Activities and Personal Expenses: Any activities outside the planned itinerary, such as additional excursions, entertainment, or personal purchases, are not covered. This also includes any optional tours or experiences you might wish to partake in during your stay.
Tips and Gratitudes: Tips for service providers and gratuities are not included in the package price. It is customary to tip for services rendered, particularly in hospitality and dining.
Airport Transfers: Transfers to and from the airport are not included. You will need to manage your transportation using the provided private car or arrange for alternative transport.
Ski Equipment Rental (if applicable): Ski equipment is included for one full day of skiing. However, if you wish to ski beyond this, you will need to rent equipment at your own expense.
Parking Fees and Road Tolls: Any parking fees or road tolls encountered during your travels in the private car are not covered under the package and will need to be paid directly as incurred.
